History of Tangram

Tangram started back in 1977 in London, under a different name, and soon moved up to Leeds to escape from the ‘smoke’. It began by renting ‘short-life’ (soon to be demolished) housing from the council and went on to buy and renovate houses (‘long-life’ housing) in the Bank Side Street area of Harehills.
